The Geldermann name in Germany is like the Mercedes Benz. Over 150 years of respected high quality wines used in their finest hotels and resturants is now for the first time becoming available to US markets through Getgrapes.com.

The one of a kind bottle fermantation method is employed in the cellars of Breisach's city until this day. 1) Composition blending. 2) Fermentation for three months in the rock caves of Greisach's castle mountain. 3) Ripening and maturing of flavors 4) Turning Procedure of daily turning causes yeast sediment to form in neck 5) Degorging and driving up the frozen yeast sediments out of the bottle and 6) finishing with the topping of the bottles with the end dosage ranging from semi-dry to extra brut and sealing with natural corks.

Geldermann has it's vines in the Champagne region and also produces Champagne under Mr. Lallier's name in France. Because the Geldermann label wines are grown in the Champagne region and blended and bottled at their German facilities in the traditional champagne methode they of course must be marked as "SEKT" and not "Champagne". Make no mistake, these are quality sparklings at a very affordable prices for introduction to the US markets.

This brut from Geldermann's range of sparkling wines offers a particular pleasure to lovers of very dry wines. Its characteristic taste is determined by excellent French Pinot- and Chardonnay-grapes, composed to be a very special dry and elegant Cuvée, which has to ripen for three years before it is shaken and degorged. The long maturity period on special bottle fermentation yeast lends this sparkling wine its refinement, elegance and digestibility.

Very dry with balanced fruit on the front side and a fast - tart, dry and clean finish.

Cheers - here is to high spirits! First-class French wines from Pinot -and Chardonnay-grapes set the tone of this refreshing and dry Cuvée which has to ripen in the bottle for over two years beofre being shaken and degorged. Geldermann Carte Bleue is a sparkling and fizzy treat that makes good times even better.

Very dry with uniform tiny pearls. Balanced fruit in the front, a touch of pepper in the middle and a fast tart fruit clean finish.

Geldermann Rosé is a refined sparkling wine tasting a little extravagant. The most nobel French Pinot- and Chardonnay-wines, as well as a smooth German Late Burgandy wine, unite themselves to an excellent dry Cuvée that ripens in the bottle for over Three Years before being shaken and degorged.

A beautiful Golden Copper color. Very dry for a rose. A bit more sugar than the brut and Carte Bleue but none the less a high quality dry Rose sparkling thats perfect for any celebration where you want a dry champagne style with color and finesse.
